We serve customers at 600+ cities and towns across India – through 33 owned service centers and 250+ partner locations.

We have built a continuous learning organization with the ability to adapt and assimilate new technologies, new products, and new processes – for over two decades, in order to become the trusted partner of choice in after sales services.

We successfully manage forward and reverse logistics, including import and re-export of spares – to meet stringent SLAs given by various product vendors to their customers.

Additionally, AFL was one of the early pioneers to be build a completely online platform for service delivery, customer engagement, operation management and logistics. The software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform is also customized for specific CRM and SCM systems & processes for specific vendors that meets individual brand support and business requirements.

AFL is proud to play a vital role in managing the environmental and social impact of industries related to computers, telecommunications and consumer electronics. AFL handles the entire lifecycle of repair services and in the instance when a repair cannot be made, the recovery, reuse, recycling or safe disposal of products is also completely managed by AFL. The efficient and effective delivery of our services enables our customers to manage faulty, damaged, and waste parts – in order to reduce overall waste and prolong a given product’s life.

We are committed to protect the integrity of our customers’ brands, by consistently meeting or exceeding their expectations of service, quality, and performance. In order to safeguard the brands and reputation of our customers, AFL operates at the same standards as themselves.

History

In year 1991 – AFL commences operations as a Hardware Service Company
In Year 1996 – AFL is a pioneer in providing warranty service for mobile phones (Sony)
In Year 2001 – AFL provides extended warranty support for all IT products
In Year 2006 – AFL expands service network, to cover more than 600 + Cities
In year 2011 – AFL commences L4 Service centers in Metro locations

With our strict focus on providing quality solution and services to customer’s AFL has been certified on multiple levels for various business operations and service delivery.

AFL is a ISO 9001:2008, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011  and CMMI Level 3 Dev 1.3 certified company, in addition to achieving multiple certifications for specific business units that deliver a specialized services to customers.

AFL’s enterprise software services is certified at CMMi Level 3 Dev 1.3 and is currently under CMMi Level 5 re-certification. AFL’s managed services operations center, which is the command center and NoC hub, is ISO 20000-1:2011 certified for processes and ISO 27001:2013 certified for information security for delivering secure services to global clients.
